Is bloggerlogo secure?
When you sign up for a blog, you will usually be given the option of opting for a “new user” or a “fresh blog.” These are different terms meaning that you are just starting out on your blogging journey. When you click on “new user” or “fresh blog” on the Blogspot home page, you will be directed to a page where you have the opportunity to choose a username and password for your new account. If you already have a registered account with the blog, it may ask you to log in as a “new user.” In this case, the changes are simple and can be done very quickly and easily.
If you need to make a change in your username, the easiest way is to access the dashboard of your blogger login and scroll right down to “handle change alerts.” You will see a list of various things such as username changes, email address changes, etc. Click the link for “handle change alerts” and then choose “save password.” You will then be able to change your password in real-time!
If you don’t remember your username or email address, you can find it in the “handle change alerts” section. Again, just click the link to access this page, and you will be prompted to enter new information. If your password has been changed, you will have to enter it again on the login page.
Sometimes you will see a notification on your blogger login page that asks you to verify your email address. You will see a link on the page for that page. Simply click on it, and you will be asked to enter your new email address. You will not be able to change your password on the “change your password” page until you have input the new one. This process takes less than a minute to complete and you won’t have to change your username!
Once you have done this, you can start posting! Make sure that your blog is up to date and works with all the latest versions of WordPress. If you are unsure, check out the help center or read through the troubleshooting instructions!
As I pointed out before, changing your blogger password is not very difficult. There is only one issue that arises from it. When you do it by yourself, you could very easily make your account impossible to recover. For this reason, most people advise that you use a service that provides password recovery for blogger and other blogs.
